Important Notice

All volunteers serving at the jail must renew their volunteer status by attending a yearly training session no later than the same month of their last training date. You MUST PRESENT A PHOTOCOPY of your driver’s license or photo ID with your application.

Jail Training Sessions:

Jail training sessions are for currently approved churches.

If you have not already done so at prior training sessions, please remember to BRING A PHOTOCOPY of your driver’s license or photo ID to attach to your application.

  • Sunday, January 25, 2026, 3pm – Reynolda Church  (2200 Reynolda Rd, W-S)
  • Sunday, April 29, 2026, 3pm – Location TBD
  • Sunday, October 18, 2026, 3pm – Location TBD

Prison Training Sessions:

    Prison trainings are held quarterly each year, but dates are not preset at the beginning of the year. Contact Ms. Moss, DPS Program Supervisor for more details on becoming a volunteer.
