Jail Ministry

The Forsyth County Detention Center, a maximum-security facility, houses approximately 750 men and women who are either convicted of misdemeanors or are awaiting trial. Due to the different needs and lengths of stay of inmates, programs at the jail vary from the prison.

Tuesday through Saturday

Volunteers from churches of various denominations offer Bible Studies, Tuesday through Saturday, giving opportunities for inmates to grow in their knowledge of God.
